David M. Beach
Executive Vice President, Capital Markets Group, New York

With more than 10 years of securities and financial services industry experience, David Beach manages the New York operations of Emerson Equity and the firm's Capital Markets Group. In this role, he helps to orchestrate the private placement of debt and equity securities for clients, in addition to providing independent investment guidance and portfolio management for high net-worth individuals.

Mr. Beach has been involved in the private equity and capital markets for over 10 years. Prior to joining Emerson Equity, Mr. Beach was the Managing Director of Investments at Spencer Clarke, New York, where he provided portfolio management for his clients with a focus on using exchange-traded funds, stocks and bonds in an attempt to maximize returns while minimizing risk. He was also a Director with NEoWave Advisors Managed Futures Fund, with key roles in developing international partnerships and clients.

Prior to NEoWave, he was a Senior Associate with Consolidated Financial Group in New Orleans, where he built oil and gas industry relations. In 1997, Mr. Beach founded Vision Asset Management. The firm's services included active investment management, futures trading services, access to alternative investment options, and general investment research and support. During his tenure with Vision Asset Management, he partnered with Dynamic Trading Group and NEoWave International to offer managed futures accounts and research services to investors worldwide.

Mr. Beach began his career in the investment and financial services industry in 1995 as a financial consultant for The Producers Group. In this role, his primary focus was deferred compensation planning, financial planning and investment direction.

Mr. Beach attended Louisiana State University and Regis University (Loyola).
