Curt A. Breitfuss is the Chairman, Portfolio Manager, and a shareholder of Jones & Company. Jones & Company is a Registered Investment Advisor and operator of Hedge Fund-of-Funds. He joined Jones & Company in June 1986 and became Vice-President in December 1986. From 1986 to the present, Mr. Breitfuss has conducted extensive research and implemented successful methods for the selection and on-going monitoring of hedge fund managers. Mr. Breitfuss currently oversees $50 million in assets between a domestic and offshore fund. He became the President of Jones & Company in May 1993. Prior to joining Jones & Company, Mr. Breitfuss spent two years as a Commercial Loan Officer with Bank of America.

From Jan 2011 to the present, Mr. Breitfuss is also a registered agent with Emerson Equity. Mr. Breitfuss, brings to Emerson his 25 years experience in the alternative asset industry, and the ability to offer access to the fund he overseas at Jones & Co., as well as other independent hedge fund products.

Mr. Breitfuss holds a Bachelor of Arts in Finance from California State University, Fullerton (1984) and a Masters in Business Administration from the University of Nevada, Reno (1988).
